We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven E-commerce Manager to manage our marketplace operations, quick commerce channels, and digital advertising while driving online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

- Manage end-to-end operations on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings and catalogs.
- Monitor pricing, promotions, inventory, and account health.
- Improve product visibility, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Handle order management, returns, and customer feedback.

Quick Commerce

- Manage product listings and operations across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, and other quick commerce platforms.
- Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment.
- Execute platform-specific promotional campaigns to maximize sales.

Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROAS, and control advertising spend.
- Work closely with the creative team to improve ad performance.

Sales & Business Growth

- Develop strategies to increase marketplace and quick commerce sales.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, launches, and promotional offers.
- Conduct competitor analysis and recommend pricing and promotional strategies.
- Identify current opportunities to scale online revenue.

Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Track key metrics including revenue, ROAS, ACOS, conversion rate, and inventory health.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Support, and Design teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of product launches and marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience managing Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or other quick commerce platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, catalog management, and inventory planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in the Nutrition, Healthcare, FMCG, or D2C industry is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics (GA4), or Looker Studio is a plus.
