We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Amazon and Flipkart operations, digital marketing strategies, social media management, and campaign execution. Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Management

- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Perform product listing, cataloging, keyword research, and listing optimization.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, promotions, and marketplace performance.
- Ensure product content is accurate, updated, and optimized for maximum visibility and conversions.
- Analyze marketplace data and implement strategies to improve sales performance.

Digital Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other online platforms.
- Manage SEO, SEM, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and website optimization initiatives.
- Execute paid advertising campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
- Measure campaign effectiveness using KPIs such as ROI, Conversion Rate (CR), CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to achieve business objectives.

Social Media & Content

- Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Coordinate and manage influencer collaborations to increase brand awareness.
- Develop social media strategies that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and social media best practices.

Analytics & Performance





- Monitor website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms.
- Identify opportunities for SEO improvements and website optimization.
- Track daily performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Recommend improvements based on data analysis and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- At least a few months to 2 years of experience in E-commerce and Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart Seller Central.
- Experience in product listing, catalog management, keyword research, and listing optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and website optimization.
- Experience with influencer marketing and social media management.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other analytics tools.
- Technical SEO knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
