Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Manager to manage and grow our business on Etsy and eBay international marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product listing optimisation, marketplace SEO, advertising, inventory management, and sales growth on both platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of Etsy and eBay seller accounts.
- Create, optimise, and maintain product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, attributes, and images.
- Conduct keyword research to improve product visibility and organic rankings.
- Monitor listing performance and optimise conversion rates.
- Manage inventory, pricing, promotions, and product variations.
- Process listing updates, new product launches, and catalogue maintenance.
- Handle marketplace policies, account health, and compliance requirements.
- Manage Etsy Ads and eBay Promoted Listings campaigns.
- Analyse sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely product launches.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to increase traffic, sales, and profitability.

Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience managing Etsy and eBay marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of Etsy SEO, eBay listing optimisation, and marketplace best practices.




- Experience with Etsy Ads and eBay Promoted Listings.
- Knowledge of product research, keyword research, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple product listings efficiently.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with bulk listing and inventory management tools.
- Basic knowledge of image editing and listing optimisation.
- Familiarity with international shipping and cross-border e-commerce.
- Experience working with handmade, personalised, home décor, fashion, gifts, or lifestyle products.
