Location: NIBM, Pune

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Annual CTC: 6-7 LPA

Mandatory Requirements (Please apply only if you meet these criteria)

✔️ Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Marketplace Operations.

✔️ Experience in the FMCG industry is mandatory. (Tea, Coffee, Food & Beverage, categories.)

✔️ Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace.

✔️ Experience managing US Marketplace along with other international marketplaces is mandatory.

✔️ Strong knowledge of Amazon Flat Files, Listing Management, Inventory Planning, Demand Forecasting, Marketplace Compliance and Account health.

✔️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

✔️ Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

? Create, optimize, and manage product listings across Amazon and Walmart.

? Manage product catalogs, variations, flat files, images, A+ Content, videos, and SEO optimization.

? Conduct keyword research and A/B testing to improve product visibility and conversions.





? Handle listing suppressions, policy violations, Buy Box issues, and Account Health.

? Manage inventory planning, FBA recommendations, forecasting, and stock availability.

? Execute and optimize Amazon Advertising, PPC campaigns, Deals, Coupons, and Promotions.

? Analyze sales, traffic, marketplace performance, and identify growth opportunities.

? Manage Brand Store optimization and customer feedback processes.

? Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Content, Logistics, and Marketplace Support.

? Communicate with Amazon Support to resolve complex operational issues.

What We're Looking For

Graduate in any discipline (Engineering background is a plus).

Solid ownership mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Proficiency in MS Excel and marketplace reporting.
