Job Title: E-commerce Executive – Marketplace Account Management

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and analytical E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our marketplace business across platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, FirstCry, AJIO, Nykaa, and other leading marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace account management, marketplace marketing, and dashboard operations, with the ability to drive sales through campaign execution, account optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end marketplace accounts on Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, FirstCry, Nykaa, and other e-commerce platforms.

Plan and execute marketplace marketing activities, including deals, promotions, campaigns, coupons, and visibility initiatives.

Own the marketplace business by monitoring sales, traffic, conversions, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.

Coordinate with marketplace Key Account Managers (KAMs) to drive business growth and improve account performance.

Update product listings, pricing, inventory, offers, and content across marketplace portals.

Retrieve, consolidate, and analyze sales, inventory, advertising, and performance data from marketplace dashboards.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with actionable insights.

Work closely with catalog, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless marketplace execution.

Resolve operational issues by coordinating with marketplace support teams.

Identify opportunities to improve sales, product visibility, and operational efficiency.

Marketplace Marketing & Campaign Management

Strong understanding of Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, FirstCry, and Nykaa seller portals.

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data consolidation, reporting).

Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple marketplace accounts and meet business targets. Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in marketplace account management, marketplace marketing, or e-commerce operations.

Preferred

Experience:_ Experience in planning and executing marketplace marketing campaigns, promotional calendars, and growth initiatives.

Working knowledge of marketplace advertising tools and performance marketing.

Understanding of catalog management, pricing strategy, inventory planning, and demand forecasting.

Experience in OR (Open Requisition) and SOR (Stock Order Requisition) purchase planning for marketplaces will be an added advantage.

Exposure to ERP/OMS platforms such as Uniware is preferred.
