RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Solid understanding of the insurance domain, especially billing workflows and integration points.
- Design, configure, and develop scalable solutions within the Duck Creek Billing module to meet evolving business needs.
- Customize key components such as invoicing, billing rules, payment processing, and premium calculations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and system integrators to gather requirements and build seamless billing integrations.
- Integrate Duck Creek Billing with third-party systems such as policy admin, finance tools, and payment gateways.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and QA cycles to ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to minimize billing disruptions.




- Stay updated with Duck Creek product enhancements, patches, and best practices.
- Contribute to process improvements and DevOps practices within the Duck Creek development team.
- 10+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in Duck Creek Billing.
- Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Duck Creek Billing modules and components.
- Proficiency in C#, XML, JavaScript, SQL, and related tech stacks.
- Experience working with Duck Creek Policy or other modules is a solid plus.
- Duck Creek certifications (especially in Billing or Policy modules) are preferred.
