Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Drupal Lead role based in Mumbai.

The Drupal

Lead will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of Drupal-based web applications, including architecture decisions, module selection, and custom module development. The role involves leading a development team, reviewing code, ensuring best practices, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders such as business analysts, designers, and QA engineers.

Lead will manage project timelines, contribute to technical estimates, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure performance, scalability, and security standards are met. The position also includes mentoring team members, documenting solutions, and staying current with Drupal and related web technologies to recommend improvements.





Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Drupal expertise, including Drupal site building, custom module development, theme development, and experience with Drupal 8/9/10.

Candidates should possess solid web development skills, such as PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with responsive design and front-end frameworks.

Candidates should possess experience with development tools and practices, including Git or other version control systems, CI/CD workflows, and automated testing.

Candidates should possess knowledge of databases and hosting environments, including MySQL or similar relational databases, and experience deploying Drupal applications on cloud or on-premise infrastructure.

Candidates should possess leadership and collaboration abilities, including leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex application and performance issues and propose scalable solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.

Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments and familiarity with agile or iterative delivery methodologies will be beneficial.
