The Driver Acquisition Manager oversees sourcing and lead management across multiple channels, including partnerships, job fairs, Driver sourcing agencies, Job portals Offline activities and online campaigns. The role is responsible for both business development (building new lead sources) and execution (ensuring lead processing until drivers attend interviews). The Team Lead manages a team of specialists to ensure KPIs are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Development & Partnerships

- Identify, approach, and negotiate partnerships with Driver sourcing agencies, Freelancers, and related organizations.
- Plan and execute offline job fairs, community events, and co-branded activations to generate driver leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with external partners.

Lead Processing & Funnel Management

- Supervise online lead generation (digital campaigns, landing pages, referrals and Job portals).
- Ensure timely lead calling, qualification, and scheduling of interviews.




- Monitor lead-to-interview and interview-to-contract conversion.

Team Supervision & Execution

- Manage acquisition specialists handling both sourcing (field/partnership) and lead processing (calling, CRM).
- Allocate daily/weekly targets and ensure timely task execution.
- Coach and develop the teams business development and lead management skills.

Reporting & Insights

- Consolidate performance reports across all channels.
- Track channel ROI (cost per lead, cost per contract, partner performance).
- Provide insights to Manager for scaling or reallocating resources.

Job Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing/HR or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment, sales acquisition, or business development.
- Proven experience managing external partners or running job fairs/events.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
- Ability to balance strategic BD with hands-on execution.
