Designation : Planning Executive

Should be able to compose drawings as per required standards and should be able to understand requirements from the head and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of the civil drawings.
- Knowledge of the corporation norms.
- Verify floor plans & sections
- knowledge of the MEP including plumbing, fire, HVAC, Electric.

To verify all architectural cad drawings using AUTO CAD, plot feeding, area calculations & detail drawings. To Verify drawings in Layouts, views, and working drawing plans using layers and all as per the requirements.
- To maintain records of drawings issued on-site
- To modify drawings as and when required




- To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time
- Knowledge of the latest Auto cad software knowledge
- Having Experience in the Flats & Amenities

Note: prefrences to those candidates who has experience in high rise and commercial projects. Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
