Location Nagercoil Job Type Full-Time Department Design Engineering Architecture Reports To Architects Experience Level 1-2 years Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to assist in the preparation of accurate technical drawings and plans for architectural interior or engineering projects The ideal candidate should be proficient in CAD software understand construction detailing and be able to convert concepts and sketches into precise technical outputs Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed technical drawings layouts sections and elevations based on design concepts and sketches Convert hand-drawn sketches or verbal instructions into clear AutoCAD Revit drawings Coordinate with architects engineers and designers to ensure drawing accuracy and consistency Maintain and organize project documentation CAD files and drawing revisions Update drawings based on design changes client feedback and site instructions Ensure drawings comply with local codes standards and regulations Assist in preparing shop drawings as-built drawings and tender documentation when required Qualifications Any Degree in related field 1-2 years of experience as a Draftsman experience in architectural or interior design firms preferred Proficient in AutoCAD knowledge of Revit SketchUp or other BIM CAD tools is a plus Positive understanding of construction methods materials and detailing Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Skills Experience in creating joinery or millwork details for interior-focused roles Knowledge of MEP coordination for construction-focused firms Familiarity with project documentation standards Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment Basic site measurement and surveying skills are a bonus Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 1 00 - 2 00 per month Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Nagercoil Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s What is your current salary What is your expected salary Work Location In person
