We are looking for enthusiastic freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of Domestic Voice Support. This role involves providing top-notch customer service via phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction through effective problem resolution.

Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via voice calls.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions in the database.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance targets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple calls.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.
