- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and other channels
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements and job descriptions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities
- Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets within defined timelines
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in the Technical Recruiter.
- Experience working with clients like product based or Big4 companies
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
