: Domestic IT Recruiter

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Experience: 3–5 Years of Experience

Shift timings: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, onboarding, and post-joining engagement.
- Smart Sourcing: Build advanced Boolean search strings across Naukri, LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, and ATS databases.
- Technical Screening: Evaluate candidate resumes and conduct preliminary screening for technical fit and communication skills.
- Contract & RPO Staffing: Manage contract/C2H hiring (rate negotiation, SLAs, process compliance).
- GCC Client Delivery: Manage hiring processes and stakeholder expectations for Global Capability Centers.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers and clients; report on metrics (pipeline, TAT, closures).

Key Requirements

- 3–5 years in domestic recruitment (IT) with contract staffing experience.
- Expertise in Boolean search and job portal navigation.
- Prior experience with RPO models and GCC clients (highly preferred).
- Solid candidate screening, salary negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in ATS tools, MS Excel, and recruitment tracking.
