Key Responsibilities Document Management Oversee the submission tracking and approval process of project-related documents including drawings specifications RFIs and change orders Maintain an organized and accessible document control system ensuring proper filing and version control Coordinate with engineers architects and subcontractors to collect review and submit documents within the required timeframe Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project documentation standards Address any document-related discrepancies and ensure timely resolution Communication Coordination Prepare and distribute project updates reports and meeting minutes Manage and maintain project communication logs including email correspondences and stakeholder discussions Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance collaboration among project stakeholders Qualifications Skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively Familiarity with construction terminology contracts and regulatory compliance requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Work Environment Factory-based with site visits as required Interaction with multiple stakeholders requiring strong coordination skills Fast-paced and deadline-driven work setting Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
