NAbout the role:
NThe Associate, District In-Charge will serve as the on-ground coordinator responsible for executing regenerative agriculture interventions at the District level. This role requires close engagement with farmers, community institutions, and field teams to ensure effective implementation, adoption, and monitoring of sustainable agricultural practices.
NWhat you'll do:
NProgram Implementation

- Lead on-ground execution of regenerative agriculture programs across assigned districts
N
- Promote and facilitate adoption of sustainable and regenerative farming practices among farmers
N
- Monitor field activities,
ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines
N
nFarmer Engagement & Capacity Building
N
n
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs for farmers
N
- Provide continuous support and guidance to farmers on regenerative practices
N
- Act as the primary point of contact for farmer-related queries and challenges
N
nStakeholder Management
N
n
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with local stakeholders such as NGOs, FPOs, government bodies, and community leaders
N
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to strengthen program reach and effectiveness
N
nTeam Management
N
n
- Supervise and guide field teams to ensure productive execution of activities
N
- Drive team performance through regular monitoring, mentoring, and feedback
N
nData & Reporting
N
n
- Maintain accuraterecords of field activities and farmer engagement
N
- Use MS Office tools forreporting, tracking progress, and documentation
N
- Provide regular updatesto central teams on program performance and challenges
N
nSkills and Qualifications -
N
n
- Bachelor's/master's in agriculture. Prior experience in promoting sustainable agriculture practices.
N
- Strong understanding ofregenerative agriculture principles
N
- Working knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
N
- Proven experience in building partnerships with local stakeholders
N
- Demonstrated team management and leadership skills
N
- Strong communication skills, especially in engaging with farmers and rural communities
N
- Background in Agriculture, Rural Development, or allied fields.
N
- Experience working in grassroots or community-based programs
N
- Ability to work extensively in field conditions and remote locations
