- Receive and prioritize calls: Answer and analyze emergency and non-emergency calls, requests for service, and customer orders.

- Coordinate and dispatch: Assign tasks to drivers or emergency responders, provide them with necessary information, and direct them to the appropriate locations.

- Communicate and monitor: Maintain continuous communication with field units via radio and phone, monitor their status and location, and relay important updates.

- Plan routes:



Use mapping and logistics software to determine the most efficient routes, considering traffic and weather conditions.

- Manage logistics: Handle incoming and outgoing orders, verify inventory and deliveries, track shipments, and coordinate transportation.
