We're Hiring – Dispatch Executive

Position: Dispatch Executive

Industry: Chemical / Pharmaceutical

Location: Ahmedabad (SG Highway)

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities.

- Prepare dispatch documents including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport documentation.

- Coordinate with production, warehouse, transporters, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

- Monitor shipment schedules and maintain dispatch records.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory requirements.

- Follow up with transporters for shipment status and proof of delivery.

- Maintain inventory movement records and support logistics operations.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com, B.Sc., or related field).

- 2–5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics within the Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry.

- Good knowledge of GST documentation, e-way bills, and transport coordination.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹11,136.44 - ₹34,679.70 per month
