We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Director/Senior Director Delivery to lead the successful execution of enterprise-scale data analytics, data engineering, and AI initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery excellence, managing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes across complex transformation programs.

This leadership role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, consulting experience, business acumen, and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will have evolved from hands-on roles in Data Engineering, Data Science, or Strategic Business Analytics into consulting and delivery leadership positions, with demonstrated experience managing large-scale engagements and fostering long-term client partnerships.

The individual will play a critical role in shaping delivery strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business value for clients through cutting-edge analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivery Leadership:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale analytics, AI, and data transformation engagements.

- Establish delivery frameworks, governance mechanisms, and execution models to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Oversee multiple concurrent projects while ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Drive delivery excellence through structured planning, execution monitoring, and proactive risk management.

- Ensure projects are delivered with high standards of quality, technical rigor, business relevance, and customer satisfaction.

- Implement best practices to improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness.

- Client &
- Stakeholder Management:

- Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-suite executives.

- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and key customer engagements.

- Understand client business challenges and align analytics initiatives with organizational objectives.

- Facilitate executive-level discussions, project reviews, and steering committee meetings.

- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and long-term partnership development.





- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction.

- Program &

- Project Management:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, resource strategies, delivery roadmaps, and governance structures.

- Monitor project health through key performance indicators, milestone reviews, and delivery dashboards.

- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and implement mitigation plans.

- Ensure seamless collaboration between analytics, engineering, consulting, and business teams.

- Drive effective communication and transparency across all project stakeholders.

- Team Leadership &

- Talent Development:

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams comprising data scientists, data engineers, analysts, consultants, and delivery managers.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

- Support talent acquisition, capability development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Establish performance metrics and provide coaching to enhance team effectiveness.

- Encourage adoption of emerging technologies and best practices within the delivery organization.

- Data &

- Analytics Excellence:

- Provide strategic oversight for projects involving: Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, and Strategic Business Analytics.

- Ensure robust architecture, scalability, and reliability of analytics solutions.

- Promote the adoption of modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and AI-driven capabilities.

- Drive innovation initiatives to enhance client value and competitive advantage.

- Business &

- Practice Growth:

- Collaborate with sales, consulting, and practice leadership teams to support business development initiatives.

- Participate in solution design,



proposal development, effort estimation, and client presentations.

- Contribute to practice-building efforts, thought leadership, and capability enhancement programs.

- Identify emerging industry trends and leverage them to strengthen service offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Educational Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in any specialization from a reputed institution.

- M.Tech, MBA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

- Certifications in Project Management, Agile, Cloud Technologies, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.

- Experience:

- 15 years of progressive experience in: Data Engineering, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Strategic Business Analytics, and Consulting and Delivery Management.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale analytics and transformation programs.

- Experience managing medium to highly complex projects with global clients.

- Strong exposure to consulting environments, professional services firms, or analytics organizations.

- Demonstrated success in managing senior client relationships and delivery portfolios.

- Technical Competencies:

- Strong understanding of data engineering ecosystems and analytics platforms.

- Knowledge of machine learning, AI, cloud data architectures, and business intelligence solutions.

- Experience with delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and hybrid execution models.

- Expertise in project governance, resource management, financial planning, and risk management.

- Familiarity with enterprise-scale analytics implementations and modernization initiatives.
