NWhat You'll Own

n- Drive sustainable business growth and overall company performance

N- Own the P&L;, including revenue, profitability, and operational outcomes

N- Lead business development initiatives and expand strategic client relationships

N- Strengthen operations to ensure service excellence, customer satisfaction, and efficiency

N- Develop cost-effective execution strategies that balance quality, speed, and profitability

N- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams across functions

N- Establish scalable systems, processes, and performance metrics

N- Identify new opportunities, solve complex challenges, and drive innovation

N- Position CleanPro as a strategic partner to clients, not just a service provider

N- Maintain and enhance our exceptional customer retention levels

NWhom We're Looking For:

N- 15+ years of leadershipexperience in facility management, housekeeping, staffing, home improvement services, or related industries

N- Proven experience managing a business, business unit, or full P&L;

N- Robust business development and client relationship management skills

N- Demonstrated ability tolead and scale large teams

N- Exceptional people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities

N- Entrepreneurial mindsetwith high ownership and accountability

N- Strong commercial judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

N- Experience in facility management or home improvement services will be an advantage
