Role Description The Director at INNO GENESIS is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for providing strategic leadership across web and application development operations. This role oversees project pipelines, manages cross-functional teams, and ensures that client solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The Director collaborates with stakeholders to define product visions, prioritize features, and align technical execution with business objectives. Day-to-day activities include monitoring project performance, guiding process improvements, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. The Director also represents the company in client meetings, supports business development initiatives, and contributes to long-term growth planning.

Qualifications





- Demonstrated leadership experience in software, web development, or digital product organizations, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
- Robust understanding of web and application development lifecycles, including technology stacks commonly used in modern web development (e.g., front-end frameworks, back-end services, databases).
- Proven track record in strategic planning, resource management, and budgeting, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable technology roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience engaging with clients, presenting proposals, and negotiating project scope and timelines.
- Experience in process optimization, implementing best practices, and establishing standards for quality, security, and scalability in digital products.
- Ability to mentor and develop talent, create inclusive team environments, and support continuous skill development across technical and creative roles.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Experience working with diverse industry clients and managing multiple concurrent projects; prior exposure to global or cross-cultural teams is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Surat and engaging regularly with internal teams and external partners to support operational and strategic objectives.
