We are seeking an experienced Director - FPNA (Insurance) to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FPNA Transformation, FP&A; with Invest Management, Expenses Management, FPNA Controllership, Insurance FPNA, FP&A;, FPNA, and FPNA Insurance. This is a senior leadership role that requires a minimum of 20 years of experience.

Responsibilities

- Lead the FPNA Transformation initiative to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- Develop and implement FP&A; strategies to optimize investment management and expenses management.
- Provide FPNA Controllership to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee Insurance FPNA functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements





- Minimum 20 years of experience in FPNA, FP&A;, and Insurance FPNA.
- Proven track record of leading FPNA Transformation initiatives and driving business growth.
- Strong expertise in FP&A; with invest management and expenses management.
- FPNA Controllership experience with a strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
