Role Description The Director Business Planning Analysis is a full time, on-site role based in Pune District. This role oversees the development and execution of business and financial plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term strategy.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading financial and business analyses, preparing forecasts and budgets, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing insights to support executive decision-making. The director collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate new initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and identify risks and opportunities in the company’s portfolio.



This position also involves establishing analytical frameworks, improving reporting processes, and mentoring team members in business planning and analysis best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong business planning and strategy skills, with the ability to design and drive long-term and annual business plans.
- Advanced analytical skills and business analysis capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Expertise in financial planning and finance, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance tracking.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership in a technology or IT services environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms) and comfort working with large data sets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on clarity and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven track record in a similar leadership role in business planning or corporate finance; prior experience in IT or software services is an advantage.
