Role Description The Direct Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role positions based in Srinagar and Budgam This position focuses on driving sales of Asian Paints products by visiting retail outlets, project sites, and customers, building strong relationships, and promoting the brand’s offerings.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.

The role also involves providing basic product training to dealers and stakeholders, ensuring optimal display of products at outlets, and supporting marketing or promotional campaigns in the region.

The Direct Sales

Representative will regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the local sales leadership team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to work toward defined revenue targets.
- Candidates with Relevant experience in Adhesives will be

given preference.
- Basic understanding of local market dynamics in Srinagar and budgam surrounding areas is beneficial.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
