Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise paint shop operations and surface preparation.
- Monitor paint quality, coating thickness, colour matching, and finish.
- Maintain production, rejection, and shift reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and safety standards.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of industrial painting processes and quality standards.
- MS Excel proficiency.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
