You’ll make a difference by Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices architectures

Build and enhance cloud-native platforms on AWS and/or Azure

Develop production-ready AI and LLM tools, including orchestration, model routing, and failover strategies

Design and implement RAG systems with hybrid retrieval, vector search, metadata-aware chunking, and reranking

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment workflows incl. Kubernetes

Collaborate closely with global service engineering teams on architecture, usability and technical delivery Hard Skills Your success is grounded in: Several years of experience in software engineering incl.



UI and distributed systems design

Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java

Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform

Practical experience with LLM applications, agent-based architectures, RAG pipelines, and vector search

Experience with monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack Soft Skills Solid analytical and problem-solving skills and highly self-organised work manner A structured, pragmatic, and quality-focused way of working The ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable solutions
