Role & Responsibilities

This is a full-time role based in Mumbai or anywhere in India. You will be responsible for driving Maalexi's digital marketing strategy to strengthen our brand, generate qualified leads, and support business growth across India and international markets.

Your responsibilities include managing digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website content, email marketing, market research, competitor analysis, investor newsletters, corporate communications, and marketing collateral. You will work closely with the CEO, Sales, Tech, and Operations teams to support customer acquisition, partnerships, and brand positioning.

Reporting

Structure

You will report directly to the CEO, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the SVP – India Operations. This is currently an individual contributor role with significant opportunities to grow into a leadership position as the company expands.

Employment

Agreement

Upon your acceptance, a formal Employment Agreement will be issued through DocuSign or PandaDoc. The agreement will include your position, compensation, benefits, and other employment terms, and will be signed by both you and the line manager.

Working

Hours The role follows a free or open working hours depending on the roles' deliverables or milestone. Some flexibility may occasionally be required to collaborate with international customers, partners, and management teams. Location & Travel The position can be based in Mumbai or anywhere in India and is primarily remote.

You may occasionally be required to travel for customer meetings, exhibitions, partner engagements, or company events. Travel is expected to be limited and driven by business requirements.
