Key Responsibilities

- Manage digital projects from initiation to completion, with a primary focus on marketing automation and website page creation.
- Allocate and manage resources for dedicated teams, including Email Marketing and Web Content Editors.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira or Workfront to track progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with international regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.




- Collaborate with B2B international clients and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics.
- Serve as a point of contact for all project-related communications and issue resolution.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) as a secondary resource for project insights and data.

Required Skills & Experience

- A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in both digital marketing and project management.
- Proven experience managing projects in areas such as marketing automation and website content.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira or Workfront.
- Prior experience with a CRM tool as a secondary system is required.
- A strong background in the B2B sector and experience working with international clients.
- A solid understanding of compliance regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
