About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Digital Printing Machine Operator for a Ernakulam based company to handle pre-press file preparation and oversee the day-to-day operation of our digital and large-format printing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- File Preparation: Review, scale, and prep client artwork using CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator to ensure correct dimensions, color profiles, and bleed settings.

- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor digital and flex printing machines to produce high-quality banners, signage, and marketing collateral.

- Material Management: Load raw media rolls accurately and adjust print settings based on material specifications.

- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished print jobs for color consistency, clarity, and overall finish before final delivery.

- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning,



ink refilling, printhead upkeep, and basic machine troubleshooting.

Requirements & Skills

- Proven hands-on experience operating digital or flex printing machinery.

- Strong proficiency in CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

- Excellent attention to detail and color precision.

- Ability to manage multiple print tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
