Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Media Strategist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in performance marketing, and the ability to use AI tools to improve campaign performance and marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other marketing tools to improve productivity and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams to execute campaigns successfully.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements





- B.Tech / M.Tech qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (English fluency is mandatory).
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Location: Kalamassery, Kochi (Hybrid)

Experience: 3+ Years (Digital Marketing Agency experience preferred)

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech
