Company: YESTE Migration & Education About the Role YESTE is looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence, generate quality leads, and enhance brand visibility across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Management, and Content Management, preferably with experience in the overseas education or migration industry.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Plan, create, optimize, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to generate quality leads.

Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube) campaigns to maximize ROI.

Improve website visibility through On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink building, and website audits.

Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

Create engaging content calendars and oversee the publishing of high-quality content.

Coordinate blogs, website content, landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.





Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Work closely with the Sales and Creative teams to support lead generation and branding initiatives.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Skills Strong expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

Proficiency in Google Ads and campaign optimization.

Experience in Social Media Management across multiple platforms.

Robust knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS will be an added advantage.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting abilities.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

Experience in the Overseas Education, Migration, or Service Industry will be an added advantage.
