Core Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee multi-channel digital strategies (SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, email, content, affiliate, display, influencer, and marketing automation).
- Manage budgets, set KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, traffic, engagement), and report performance to leadership.
- Lead or collaborate with teams (content creators, designers, analysts, agencies, freelancers).
- Oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, email platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp), analytics (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio), and CRM tools.
- Conduct A/B testing, competitor analysis, audience research, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Ensure brand consistency, compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and alignment with overall business goals.
- Stay current with algorithm changes, platform updates, AI tools, and emerging channels.

Typical Background

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s or certifications a plus).
- 4–8+ years of digital marketing experience, with progressive responsibility.
- Certifications that help: Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.

Pay: ₹10,068.45 - ₹35,003.33 per month
