Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with demonstrable work in:
o SEO and website content optimization.
o Running and optimizing Google Ads / campaigns.
o Content writing for web, blogs, and social media.
o Email marketing campaigns and basic automation.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to tell impact-led stories and create explicit, compelling copy for different digital channels. • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Analytical mindset, comfort with dashboards and performance metrics, and ability to recommend data-backed optimizations.
- Genuine interest in social impact, disability inclusion, and womens empowerment, with a willingness to work closely with on-ground program teams.
