About The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Telecaller to join our agile sales team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and introducing them to our Coconut ERP & CRM solutions. In addition to making outbound calls, the Telecaller will support our digital marketing initiatives by creating straightforward content and managing our social media presence.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop sales skills, gain exposure to the SaaS industry, and contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking technology company.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation. Proficiency in English and Hindi communication is essential, along with confidence in engaging with business owners and decision-makers. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts is preferred.





Candidates should have good writing skills for creating engaging marketing content and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software will be considered an advantage. A self-motivated, organized, and eager-to-learn attitude is crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to Coconut ERP & CRM solutions.

Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations to potential clients.

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records within the CRM system.

Coordinate with the sales team to arrange demo sessions and follow-up activities with customers.

Create simple promotional content for social media platforms and marketing campaigns.

Regularly update and manage social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Assist in executing email marketing and WhatsApp promotional campaigns to engage prospects.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine outreach strategies.
