Digital Marketing Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Role Overview: We are hiring an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO and AI-powered SEO. The candidate must have successfully generated qualified B2B and B2C high-ticket leads and independently planned, executed, optimized and scaled digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: Manage Meta, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.

Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads. Build marketing funnels and optimize CPL, CPA and ROAS.

Perform A/B testing and campaign optimization.

Develop SEO and AI SEO strategies. Conduct keyword research, technical SEO and content optimization.

Implement AI tools for content, creative generation, automation and campaign optimization.

Collaborate with design and content teams. Prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports.

Required Skills: Meta Ads Manager. Google Ads. | YouTube Ads.| LinkedIn Campaign Manager.| Technical, On-page, Off-page and Local SEO AI SEO Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Looker Studio.



|Excel / Google Sheets.| Performance Marketing, Funnel Building, CRO.| AI marketing tools, automation and prompt engineering.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years managing paid advertising campaigns with experience handling budgets, scaling campaigns, generating qualified leads and marketing high-ticket B2B/B2C products or services. Experience in sports, infrastructure, education, real estate or construction is an advantage.

Success Metrics: Qualified leads, Lead Quality, ROAS, CPL, Conversion Rate, Organic Traffic Growth, SEO Rankings, AI implementation and overall marketing ROI.
