Own Geekynd's digital demand generation engine with a focus on qualified pipeline generation.

Responsibilities include paid acquisition, social media, website optimization, content, marketing automation, analytics, and collaboration with the founder and business development team to generate booked meetings and signed clients. Key Responsibilities- Demand Generation & Paid Acquisition Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.

Manage budgets, bidding, audience targeting, and cost per qualified lead.

Build and test landing pages to improve conversions.

SEO, Website & Conversion Manage website messaging, structure, CTAs, and lead capture.

Improve organic visibility through SEO and buyer-focused content.

Conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion rates.

Manage website messaging, structure, CTAs, and lead capture.

Conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion rates. Content, Social Media & Brand Manage LinkedIn and other social channels.

Create high-performing content, ad creatives, case studies, landing pages, and email campaigns.

Increase engagement and generate qualified inquiries.

Maintain brand consistency and support the founder's LinkedIn presence.

Marketing Operations-

Manage marketing automation within Zoho CRM, Campaigns, and Forms.

Implement lead routing, scoring, CRM integrations,



and maintain clean data.

Analytics & Reporting-

Track qualified leads, CPL, pipeline contribution, and conversion metrics.

Own GA4, Google Tag Manager, event tracking, dashboards, and reporting.

Continuously test, measure, and optimize performance. Requirements-

4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid acquisition, demand generation, and social media.

Experience managing campaigns targeting the US market, preferably in staffing, outsourcing, SaaS, BPO, or agencies.

Strong expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads.

Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, event tracking, and analytics.

Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.

Creative mindset with robust analytical skills and ROI focus.

Working knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, CRM, and marketing automation (Zoho preferred).

Excellent written English.

Available to work full time on-site in Guwahati during US business hours.

Bonus

Skills- Experience with HubSpot, Semrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Mailchimp, or similar tools.

Familiarity with Zoho, Apollo, Smartlead, or Instantly.

Experience marketing to US SMBs.

Knowledge of account-based marketing or outbound sales.

Basic Canva or design skills. Tools-
