Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Mumbai (On-site, HQ office)

Reports to: Trust Board / Digify Account Lead

Experience: ~4 years in digital marketing management or equivalent leadership roles

Language Requirement: Gujarati (Preferred — strong understanding of regional news)

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution for the Janmabhoomi Group's digital properties and social channels
- Lead and manage a team handling content, social media, and paid campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns within defined budgets, tracking ROI and lead quality
- Coordinate with editorial, IT/app development, and external agency partners to align digital output with business goals
- Report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, ad performance) to leadership on a regular cadence
- Drive revenue-generating digital initiatives (subscriptions, paid classifieds, B2B ad sales leads) in line with board-approved strategy




- Manage day-to-day digital operations across the group's three publications and associated verticals

Requirements

- ~4 years of experience in digital marketing management, performance marketing, or a similar leadership/strategy role
- Proven experience running and optimizing Meta/Google ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content calendars, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience managing a team or cross-functional stakeholders
- Prior experience in media, publishing, or a fast-paced content workplace is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting to leadership/board-level stakeholders
- Based in or willing to work from Mumbai

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
