Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies for our rapidly growing EV Charging Infrastructure business. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in generating high-quality leads, increasing brand visibility, managing digital campaigns, and driving measurable business growth across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads through digital marketing initiatives.
- Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and recommend improvements for traffic and conversion optimization.
- Coordinate with creative and sales teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns.
- Manage online brand reputation and ensure consistent brand messaging.




- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, lead generation, and digital marketing KPIs.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience in lead generation, performance marketing, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the EV, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Solar, or Industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications are preferred.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
