Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns that promote Universal King HR Consultancy’s services and brand. This full-time remote role involves assisting with social media content creation and scheduling, monitoring engagement, and helping optimize campaigns across platforms.

The intern will contribute to basic web analytics reporting, track key performance indicators, and support improvements to digital channels based on data insights.



Day-to-day tasks include drafting copy for posts and emails, coordinating with the marketing and HR teams, conducting market and competitor research, and maintaining accurate records of campaign activities. The role offers exposure to modern HR and digital marketing practices, with opportunities to learn and contribute to real client-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to support campaign execution across digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to assist with performance tracking, reporting, and optimization.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for creating clear, engaging content and collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva or similar), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools is beneficial.
