Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in executing online campaigns and improving the company’s digital presence. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram (Technopark), where the intern will assist with managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, and monitoring audience engagement. Daily responsibilities include performing basic web and campaign analytics, helping optimize online marketing activities, and contributing ideas to enhance brand visibility in target markets.





The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product offerings, participate in brainstorming sessions, and support the preparation of marketing reports and presentations. This role offers practical exposure to digital marketing in a technology-driven, global business environment. Qualifications

Strong interest and foundational skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with an eagerness to learn and apply new tools and strategies.

Ability to execute and support Social Media Marketing activities, including content scheduling, community interaction, and campaign support.

Basic understanding of Web Analytics to track performance metrics, interpret data, and assist in reporting on campaign effectiveness.

Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.

Familiarity with common digital platforms and tools (e.g., social media dashboards, basic SEO concepts, and email marketing tools) is an advantage.

Attention to detail, time management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a rapid-paced environment.

Prior internship or project experience in digital or social media marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
