Role: We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented SEO & Google/Meta Ads Expert to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and performance marketing with a strong focus on lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings.

Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max & Remarketing) campaigns.

Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation and conversions.

Conduct Technical SEO Audits and implement On-Page, Off-Page & Local SEO.

Perform Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis, and Content Optimization.

Configure and monitor Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Improve website performance, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience.

Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Work closely with the design, development, and sales teams to achieve campaign goals.

Required Skills Expert in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)



including Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, and SEO Audits.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing & Conversion Tracking).

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) including Lead Generation, Conversion Campaigns, Remarketing, and Audience Targeting.

Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Experience with Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis, and SEO Strategy.

Ability to optimize websites for Core Web Vitals, Page Speed, and User Experience.

Experience working with WordPress and other CMS platforms.

Proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.

Strong analytical, reporting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications 1–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Paid Advertising.

Experience managing multiple client accounts.

Knowledge of B2B Lead Generation and Performance Marketing.

Experience working with Manufacturing or Industrial companies will be an added advantage.

Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications will be a plus.
