Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote Lymax Learning’s programs and brand across online channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating and optimizing web content, monitoring web analytics, and supporting lead generation and nurturing activities.

Executive will collaborate with academic and admissions teams to align marketing messages with student needs, track campaign performance, and provide regular reporting and insights. The role also includes staying updated on digital trends and recommending improvements to enhance online visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

Solid Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to plan and execute campaigns across relevant channels.

Effective Communication and Web Content Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and audience-focused messaging.

Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to track, analyze, and optimize digital performance.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or similar) is beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in education or edtech marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
