Role Overview We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & SEO Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to strengthen Durapid's online presence. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in SEO, content marketing, and digital campaigns, with a passion for driving organic traffic, improving search rankings, and generating quality leads. Key ResponsibilitiesSEO & Website Optimization Execute on-page, off-page, and basic technical SEO activities.

Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.

Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking.

Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Support backlink-building activities and improve domain authority.

Content Marketing

Create SEO-friendly blogs, website content, landing pages, and LinkedIn posts.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop content promoting AI, Data, Cloud, Enterprise Software, and IT Staffing services.

Repurpose content into social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.

Digital Marketing





Assist in planning and executing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead generation.

Conduct basic A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages.

Manage social media content and engagement across key platforms. Analytics & Reporting Track website traffic, keyword rankings, and campaign performance.

Generate monthly SEO and digital marketing reports with actionable insights.

Stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and SEO.

Good understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO concepts.

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.

Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

Basic knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for SEO implementation.

Solid content writing and communication skills.

Preferred Skills Experience in marketing IT services, AI, SaaS, or technology companies.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp.

Knowledge of YouTube SEO, Reels, Shorts, and video marketing.

Google Ads or HubSpot certifications are an added advantage.
