Stem Factory Solutions Private Limited is looking for talented Digital Marketing Executives to strengthen the online presence of CableCommunity.com, a leading digital platform serving the Cable & Wire, Power, Oil & Gas, Water, Metro Rail, Telecom, Electrical, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing industries. As we prepare to launch our B2B E-Commerce Platform, we are seeking creative, analytical, and performance-driven professionals who can increase brand visibility, website traffic, audience engagement, and lead generation. ## Key Requirements ✅ 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing

✅ Robust knowledge of SEO, keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization

✅ Experience in Social Media Marketing and Content Promotion

✅ Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and digital marketing tools

✅ Knowledge of WordPress, Canva AI, ChatGPT, and AI-powered marketing tools

✅ Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills





✅ Ability to track market trends and competitor activities

✅ Experience in short-form video marketing and creative content campaigns ## Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and user engagement.

Manage and grow CableCommunity.com's presence across digital and social media platforms.

Promote articles, reports, videos, and industry content through organic and paid marketing channels.

Drive marketing campaigns for the upcoming B2B E-Commerce Platform using LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and website promotions.

Perform SEO activities including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building.

Monitor website performance and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.

Create and optimize digital advertising campaigns.

Prepare regular performance reports and marketing insights.

- Collaborate with content and design teams to maximize reach and engagement. ## Qualification ? BE / B.Tech / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Computer Applications, or any relevant discipline. ?
