Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Associate will support the marketing team in executing and optimizing various digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong eagerness to learn, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be involved in everything from content creation and social media management to data analysis and campaign reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Monitor social media channels for engagement and community interaction.
- Content Creation: Support the development of marketing content, including blog posts, email newsletters, and website copy.
- Email Marketing: Assist in building and sending email campaigns, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Help with on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building.
- Paid Advertising (PPC): Support the creation and management of paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media ad managers.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing campaigns.



Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Website Management: Assist with basic website updates and maintenance using a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-6 months of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role, internship, or related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other analytics/PPC platforms is a plus.
- Experience with a CMS (e.g., WordPress) is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
