Role & Responsibilities

- Create engaging on-camera content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form platforms with a natural, confident, and energetic presentation.

- Independently shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality videos from raw footage to the final published version.

- Collaborate with the marketing team and use AI tools such as Claude to execute content plans, scripts, campaigns, and creative ideas.

- Follow pre-approved scripts and content calendars while adding your own creativity to the presentation and execution.

- Publish content consistently according to the marketing schedule.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, editing styles, and audience engagement techniques.

- Coordinate with the founder on marketing campaigns, advertisements, content planning, and overall brand strategy.

- Assist in creating ad creatives, marketing assets, and campaign content across digital platforms.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Confident and comfortable speaking on camera with a natural, engaging personality.

- Strong video shooting and editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

- Experience creating Instagram Reels,



YouTube Shorts, or other short-form video content.

- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini for content creation and marketing workflows.

- Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising is preferred.

- A portfolio showcasing video editing and on-camera work is highly preferred.

- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of delivering high-quality content consistently.

- Passion for travel, storytelling, and social media trends is an advantage.
