- 8+ years' experience in D365 senior Production (MFG) Functional consulting area (AX2009 or AX2012 and Dynamics365FO)
- Should have experience in working large rollout projects.
- Should be able to lead/drive analysis & design workshop with business.
- Should have knowledge on core finance modules.
- Should have working experience in planning module.
- Knowledgeable in Inventory & Costing
- Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating Production processes and recommending improvements.
- Worked closely with business and technical users to implement key solutions.
- Excellent customer-facing skills, able to communicate at all levels of an organization.
- Should be able to lead/manage offshore Finance Functional Consultants
- Proven experience leading requirement gathering and discovery workshops with users and stakeholders.
- Worked on all the phases of a typical implementation, incl requirement gathering, CRP, training, UAT, Go Live and Support.
- Prepare detailed documentation (FDD, Fit Gap, Training Guides etc.)
- Positive communication Skills
- Ready to work from Customer location
- Polish Language is mandatory
