We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can independently own and execute our brand's digital presence — from content strategy to hands-on execution across SEO, social media, and website content. This role demands excellent command over written English, as you'll be creating content for an international audience and client base.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Writing: Write and edit blogs, website copy, landing pages, and marketing collateral with a strong command of grammar, tone, and clarity
- SEO: Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies; keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO coordination, and performance tracking
- Social Media Management: Own content planning, creation, and posting calendars for Instagram and LinkedIn; grow engagement and brand visibility
- Website Content: Maintain and update website content, ensuring it's current, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand messaging
- Client-Facing Communication: Interface with international clients/stakeholders where required — comfort with cross-cultural communication and time-zone coordination is important
- Campaign Support: Assist with email marketing, LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and other digital initiatives as needed
- Reporting:



Track and report on SEO rankings, social media metrics, and content performance

Must-Haves

- 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Excellent written and spoken English — this is non-negotiable, given international client exposure
- Proven experience managing SEO (on-page + off-page) independently
- Hands-on experience running Instagram and LinkedIn for a brand (not just personal social media)
- Strong blog writing / long-form content writing samples
- Experience working with or writing for international clients/audiences

Good to Have

- Exposure to AI-powered SEO tools/workflows (AI content optimization, AI-assisted keyword research, GEO/AI search visibility, etc.)
- Experience in EdTech, L&D;, or a related B2B services domain
- Basic familiarity with Canva/basic design tools for social content

- Work Location: Pune (Work From Office)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturday
