Qualification

- Diploma / Certification in Dialysis Technology

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dialysis Technician.

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dialysis Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating hemodialysis machines, monitoring patients during dialysis procedures, and maintaining high standards of patient care and infection control.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and operate dialysis machines before, during, and after treatment.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation, throughout the dialysis session.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of dialysis equipment.
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain dialysis machines as per hospital protocols.
- Assist doctors and nursing staff during dialysis procedures.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations during treatment.




- Maintain accurate patient treatment records and documentation.
- Follow infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and post-treatment care.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with hemodialysis machines.
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended working hours.
- Quick response and decision-making during emergencies.
- Physically and mentally fit to perform clinical duties.
