Summary We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 15-20 years of experience in costing, pricing, profitability analysis, and financial planning within FMCG, food manufacturing, or high-volume multi-SKU businesses. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, standard costing, variance analysis, and commercial finance, along with the ability to drive cost optimization and pricing strategies that support business growth.

Responsibilities

- Maintaining and updating accurate product cost sheets across all SKUs.
- Monitoring actual versus standard costs and analyzing cost variances.
- Driving cost optimization initiatives in partnership with procurement, supply chain, and plant teams.
- Performing new product costing and scenario analysis for product and pricing changes.
- Managing monthly standard cost runs, process settlements, and costing controls in SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensuring accuracy of BOM structures, activity rates, and costing data within SAP.
- Supporting pricing strategy formulation across GT, MT, Institutional, HoReCa, and Government channels.
- Evaluating price revisions driven by commodity fluctuations, packaging changes, and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting contribution and profitability analysis across brands, SKUs, customers, and channels.
- Supporting sales and marketing teams with pricing simulations, trade scheme analysis, and margin management.
- Deriving and validating transfer pricing structures for internal plants and franchise locations.
- Supporting audit, compliance, and risk management requirements related to costing and pricing.

Requirements





- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15-20 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer products, or high-volume multi-SKU businesses.
- Strong expertise in costing, pricing, profitability analysis, and margin management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Costing Module.
- Strong knowledge of standard costing methodologies, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial data analytics.
- Experience partnering with sales, marketing, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management capabilities.
