Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct ground training sessions for aviation students, focusing on subjects such as airport operations, customer service, and safety procedures.

Develop and deliver lesson plans to meet DGCA requirements and industry standards.

Provide individualized coaching and mentoring to students to improve their performance and knowledge.

Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessment results.

Collaborate with other trainers and instructors to ensure consistency in teaching methods and curriculum delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in aviation training or a related field (DGCA ground training specialist).

Bachelor's degree in Aviation (B.Sc), Airline Studies (BBA), or equivalent qualification.

Robust understanding of aviation fundamentals, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication skills with ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
